Keanu Reeves


He was born on September 2, 1964 in Beirut (Libano). He is the son of geologist Samuel Nowlin Reeves and the British Patricia Taylor.
His father was sentenced to prison. His father abandoned him when Keanu was only two years old.
Since he was a child he has liked sports. In this time as a student he played in the ice hockey team at school where they called him “the wall”. At the same time he began to act in different plays.
At eighteen he appeared on the television programme “Going Great”, and in the mid-80s he made his film debut with the movie “One step away”. His first film in Hollywood was “Youngblood” (a drama) in 1986.
After his first success in the cinema he preferred to live ten years in hotels or houses of rent.
